When I began eating a plant-based diet a few months ago, I didn’t make a big to-do about it on social media, I didn’t write blog posts about it (I guess until now! LOL), and beyond my family and posting a few photos to a plant-based Facebook support group, I pretty much kept it to myself outside of mentioning it publicly one time.
As you may know, I love to eat have long been a foodie. I even have a (much-neglected) food blog. I’ve been able to fairly easily convert most of my family’s favorite meals into plant-based fare. However, one of the types of cuisine I really have missed since going plant-based is barbeque. Enter my guest today: Brian Rodgers, who kept popping up in my Facebook feed. You see, he fascinated me because he has a plant-based BBQ business. WHAT?! And not only that, in less than a year after he himself began eating a plant-based diet, he’d lost more than 100 pounds!!
Before all that, Brian was already a successful business owner and entrepreneur. Look at this laundry list of awesomeness:

I had to find out more about all this.
