Now, MEET TODAY’S GUEST:
Matthew (Matt) Libby is a 20-year U.S. Army veteran, husband, father, and grandfather.
Matt started serving others when he was kid living above his parents’ mom & pop convenience store and gas station. In my head, I imagine a classic Hallmark movie with a sweet story line in a wonderful small town. Maybe it was like that… because look at the rest of the story:
Matt went on to serve in the US Army (picture the scene of him in his uniform, walking away from his small town in Washington state into the sunset… cue melancholy music…).
After serving our country for two decades, Matt’s heart for service continued. We’ll hear about his small town beginnings and how he ended up in East Tennessee serving seniors and helping them navigate the confusing maze that is medicare.
Matt Libby is a licensed Independent Health and Life Insurance Agent in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He is available for speaking engagements for church groups, senior centers, or civic organizations that serve the senior population to present non-sales, education-only Medicare Educational sessions with no obligation of any kind (in fact, it’s a CMS violation to solicit business during a Medicare Educational event). Matt conducts business primarily in Tennessee and Kentucky and holds non-resident licenses for Washington & Oregon. He is happy to answer general questions for people from any state, but legally can only advise in the states where he holds a license.
He’s a sweet person, as well as knowledgeable and ready to serve anyone who needs it. I think you’re going to love him as much as his clients and audiences do!
